I started asking tough questions about why things are the way they are and TAG was formed based on the belief that more resident input and transparency leads to better decision making. One year later, TAG is still asking questions to make our Village a better place.

TAG believes in setting both short and long term priorities, planning for how to accomplish them, and then relentlessly pursuing them. This is how you achieve progress.
In less than a year, we have achieved many short-term priorities:
Updating our downtown parking framework
Setting up a monthly newsletter to inform the community
Reducing spending to move the Village closer to a balanced budget.
We have also set the framework for achieving long-term priorities:
Active pursuit of acquiring the vacant lots downtown
Funding a Transportation Consultant to examine and make recommendations for our highest-risk intersections.
